According to recent studies, on average, students lose approximately 2.6 months of grade level equivalency in math skills over the summer months. To prevent this from happening to your child, enroll in the Summer Math Challenge.MetaMetrics® is offering the Summer Math Challenge which is a free six-week e-mail-based math skills program centered around the Common Core State Standards. It is created for students who have completed 2nd through 5th grade. The program is designed to help students retain math skills learned during the current school year. It runs June 23rd - August 1st.

Remember to print any certificates earned during the summer and deliver them to Mrs. KK at the start of the new school year. She will want to celebrate your successes on Spotlight on Success.
